Bio Dr Gralton works at Malcolm Arnold House a specialist facility for Adolescents with Developmental Disabilities who require secure care.  His special interests include Complex Co-morbidity in Young People with Developmental Disabilities, Young People with Autistic Spectrum Disorders who offend, Developmental Traumatology and its impact on the behaviour of Adolescents, and Models of Inpatient care for Adolescents and Young People.
