Women's ServiceContinuing our commitment to service users with learning disabilities, we are proud to announce the opening of our new women's low secure unit. The facility caters for adult women with mild learning disabilities or borderline intellectual functioning, often many also have an offending history or display challenging behavior.

The 11-bed unit is located on the Northampton site allowing service users on site access to biological and psychosocial treatments, specified within their bespoke care pathway. In addition, the off-unit occupational therapy workshops are available through which service users gain a variety of life skills equipping them with the confidence and tools required to progress towards independent living. Opportunities to access college courses are also granted, where appropriate.
