The renovated stable block situated on our Northampton site has been transformed into a flat for women from our low secure service. Patients who joined the service due to immediate risk and have since progressed to diminishing risk will benefit the most from this service as it bridges the gap back into the community.

The open unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms which have been upgraded and the lounge and self contained kitchen refurbished into a homely flat with its own access and egress.
Whilst the stable block adjoins the main building, housing service users being treated for borderline personality disorders, the stable block is independent. Service users are able to self medicate and self cater and have access to the community for work and socialising. The link back to the main building allows flexibility for the occasions that a service user needs to go back into the mainstream service as well as allowing a channel for ongoing therapy programmes.
