- women's mental health low secure
Our service for women opened in January 2011 and offers stabilisation, rehabilitation and recovery programmes for those who require the physical security of a designated low secure environment. The aim of the service is to provide a holistic, gender sensitive approach to the needs of individual women in order to enable psychological and social integration together with the reduction of risk to self and others. Women admitted to Moor Green will have an identified mental health illness, complex needs and often dual diagnosis. With the use of diverse resources we will facilitate a successful discharge from hospital.
