The Learning Disability service in William Wake House aims to build on the skills and experience of our established medium secure service, the Geoffrey Hawkins unit. Appropriate for men diagnosed with a
Learning Disability or related developmental conditions, a complete rehabilitation and treatment package is offered in a state-of-the-art environment. A full suite of therapeutic and recreational facilities, all available within a medium secure setting, contributes to an accelerated, bespoke care programme.
We support service users with a complete pathway of care, where the level of security, treatment programme and environment can be adjusted to meet the evolving needs of the service user.
