In response to increasing requests for medico-legal assistance, St Andrew's Healthcare established a Consultancy Service in Jan 2009 under the management of Dr Fiona Mason, Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist.
The service provides specialist advice promptly and efficiently. All referrals are centrally co ordinated giving our clients access to the wide range of clinical expertise within the organisation. This one-stop approach allows professionals to utilise the most appropriate expert for their requirements.
The service's ability to advise and assess authoritatively is grounded on our extensive facilities and substantial experience in caring for the most challenging individuals, often with an offending background, complex psychopathology and clinical needs.
