All staff meet the St Andrew's Hospital 'Corporate Standard for Individual Performance and Development Review', enabling them to contribute towards the success of the organisation and receive regular feedback about their performance and development. Full support is given to meeting identified training/continuing professional development needs. All staff are encouraged to keep personal professional portfolios. All pharmacists either have, or are in the process of studying for, postgraduate qualifications in psychiatric pharmacy.
