*union_agreementSt. Andrew’s Healthcare are pleased to announce the launch of a new partnership agreement between the Hospital, the Royal College of Nursing and UNISON.

The formal signing ceremony took place on Friday 26th March. This new agreement is in line with the latest Government initiatives and will mean
St. Andrew’s Healthcare, RCN and UNISON working even closer together. The agreement allows both sides to focus on improving staff communications, widening employee involvement and developing joint solutions to problems that arise. Importantly it commits both sides to work together to manage change within the organisation to the benefit of all involved.

The ceremony took place at St. Andrew’s Healthcare in the presence of Chairman, members of the board of Governors, Directors and Trade union representatives. It is hoped this agreement will signal the further progression of successful and effective partnership and an ongoing commitment to improving effective working relations.
