Thirty Years of Neurobehavioural Rehabilitation

In 1979, the Kemsley Unit, National Brain Injury Centre at St Andrew's Healthcare, became the UK's first specilaised neurobehavioural service.

During these 30 years, the charity has led the field with its expertise, innovative research and service user-centric care programmes.

To celebrate this milestone, rhw National Brain Injury Centre was proud to bring together leading figures in brain injury rehabilitation. These experts presented a number of papers and parallel seminars on a diverse range of contemporary topics including the changes that have affected the field of brain injury rehabilitation and the future innovations, developments and challenges that will shape the next 30 years.
