At Northampton, we have a cafe/shop called the Tompkins Centre which sells a variety of food, gift vouchers and phone cards.
Finance
St Andrew’s has a team that help service users look after their finances and assist them with any banking requirements.
Library
Our service user library stocks a wide range of books, magazines, CD's, DVD's and speaking volumes.
Recreation Club
The recreation club provides service users with a place to meet and interact with each other. There are a variety of activities available including table tennis, board games, table football and pool. There is also a stereo system and tea and coffee facilities. The club holds regular discos, karaoke and special events. It often forms a regular part of some service user’s daily programmes and is open between 6:30 – 8:30pm.
Trips and Activities
There are a wide range of activities available, both on and off-site. Our occupational therapists and care co-ordinators plan activities available in advance and discuss options with residents, who can take part according to their leave and staffing requirements.
Sports Facilities
St Andrew’s Northampton campus has great sporting facilities for service users, which include:

- Sports field
We have dedicated sports instructors who can help residents with health and fitness plans if appropriate.
