Catering



The Catering team's primary aim is to produce a hot meal every lunch time for service staff and our users with a rotating menu offering a selection of different meal options each day. Our service users gain valuable experience in an independent working environment and are involved in all aspects of food preparation starting with raw ingredients, the cooking of food, service and cleanliness of the kitchen environment and dining area.

Service users play an active part in taking lunch orders and using the till under the guidance and support of our Vocational Skills Instructors. Our service users experience working in a professional environment and learn the value and importance of team work, all of which increases confidence in their own capabilities.
