We are seeking a highly motivated Activity Coordinator to join our team at  our Winslow community step-down service in Nottinghamshire

Activity Coordinator 

Location: Bestwood Village, Nottinghamshire 

Salary: £22,100 per annum, career level A 

37.5 hours per week 

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Activities Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for building therapeutic relationships with patients to encourage their interest and participation in activities and co-ordinating activities 

Winslow was developed to provide enhanced care for individuals with complex presentations and behaviours that may challenge, who are transitioning away from secure hospital care to a community setting. It comprises six self-contained residential apartments offering independent living within a community-based environment. With an emphasis on sustainable living and vocational skills development, our aim is to enable each service user to transition to successful community living.

Basic Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Willingness to interact with patients
  • Creative, imaginative, innovative, adaptable and flexible
