We work in partnership with a number of NHS, voluntary, educational and research organisations to deliver a range of specialist inpatient and community mental healthcare services, education and research that helps to improve the lives of people with complex mental health needs.

The Criminal Justice service provides court mandated mental health treatment to individuals across London and the south and southeast of England.

 

The Role and Person

Based at 80 Billing Road on our Northampton site, you will be customer focused, professional, and able to build productive relationships and have a proven track record of delivering a quality administration service. In this role, you will provide support to our Criminal Justice service and its associated clinicians. This will involve diary management, producing documents, data input and record management, as well as general administration to the service. Accurate keyboard skills are essential, as is the ability to use Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

This is a varied and demanding role in a busy environment, with changing timescales to which you must react. You will be expected to be flexible, work both as part of a team and independently, and possess a high degree of organisational skills. Being a good communicator with the confidence to work with people at all levels is critical.
