Salary: £22,821 - £23,919 (depending on experience)

The Role and Person


Based at 80 Billing Road on our Northampton site, you will provide business administrative support to the Lead Administrator and General Manager in administering the division’s business and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that invoicing for all divisional services is completed, with supporting information and carried out in a timely manner
  • Support the Lead Administrator and General Manager in ensuring the co-ordination and completion of contract performance reports and that contract meeting attendance is diarised and forward planned
  • Utilise SAP Finance to raise purchase requisitions and invoices
  • To support staff recruitment and lead on sourcing IT equipment and arranging accesses for new starters
  • Support the Lead Administrator in tender submissions
  • Administer PeopleSafe lone working application software access
  • Administer EMA Supervision Software (Booking Lab)

This is a varied role in a busy environment, with changing timescales to which you must react. You will be expected to be flexible, work both as part of a team and independently, and possess a high degree of organisational skills.
