We are seeking an outstanding, experienced leader from any clinical discipline to join our team as Clinical Director, to implement our strategic objectives for our services for patients with learning disability and neurodevelopmental disorders.  Our services include secure and non–secure wards in Northampton and Nottingham and we are currently enhancing our ability to deliver community based residential placements through innovative models of care. The role presents an exciting opportunity to lead on a programme of transformation of care aligned with national priorities for patients with developmental disorder.

As a responsive and approachable leader, you will have a great record of clinical achievement, and strong relevant background in Neurodevelopmental approaches. We expect a commitment to excellent patient care; and you will need to evidence experience of service development and quality improvement in addition to strong change management and strategy development skills.
