Clinical Administrator - Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services ( CAMHS)

Location: Northampton

Band 4

Salary: £18,820 - £23,599 plus excellent benefits

Hours: Full time 37.5hrs per week

 

We are seeking to appoint to the role of Clinical Administrator within the CAMHS Pathway.

Your role with us

Clinical Administrators deliver a quality administrative service to support the activities of the Responsible Clinicians and Leads within the Pathways.

This role will include diary management, the production of high quality letters, reports and minutes, support to meetings, as well as general administration. 

This is a varied and demanding role in a busy environment. You will be expected to be flexible, work both as part of a team and independently. Confidentiality and effective communication are paramount to this role as the work involves dealing with sensitive information.

Your profile

You will have a proven track record of delivering a quality administrative service, demonstrating excellent planning and organisational skills, the ability to communicate effectively and team working skills. You will be confident at working to tight deadlines, dealing with confidential data, and producing work of consistent high quality. You will also be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and possess strong MS Office experience. Accurate keyboard skills are essential, as is the ability to use Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
