 The role of Clinical Nurse Leader

You’ll be the most senior nurse on the ward, maintaining a high profile and visible presence, whilst working alongside a multi-disciplinary team. You’ll lead the nursing shift team, driving the clinical model and contribute to improvements in practice.

 What you will need for this role 

You will be NMC registered with substantial experience of working in mental health.  Leadership, excellent communication and people management skills are also key, as you’ll be relied upon to keep your team happy and motivated.
