Competitive Salary - £29,793 - £38,861 (excludes special duty pay)

The Women’s Secure Integrated Practice Unit (IPU) offers a gender specific treatment programme for women who require specialist forensic input. The IPU consists of 3 wards comprising of 42 beds, spread across the following wards; Sunley (14 beds) – MSU admission and assessment ward, Seacole (15) – MSU DBT treatment ward, Stowe (14) – Blended, trauma informed care ward
The IPU offers an excellent opportunity to deliver value-based healthcare focusing on clinical outcomes. The IPU is focusing on using clinically relevant outcomes that will support the recovery and progress of patients to less restrictive environments in line with improvements in their mental health and reductions in their risk.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day clinical leadership on a ward, working closely with and reporting to the Nurse Manager. You will form part of a multi-disciplined clinical team in planning and delivering care within a secure in-patient setting.
Applicants must be registered with the NMC and hold a RN-MH / RN-LD qualification.
