Location:  Northampton

Hours:  Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Your role with us

The Northampton site accommodates 600 patients and over 3000 staff on a 140 acre estate.

As professional lead for the service, you will manage the delivery of Soft Facilities through the effective management of directly employed teams and contracts for Soft FM for the Northampton Site. 

The services include:

  • Audit & Support to ward based Housekeeping
  • Linen & Laundry Services
  • Security & Reception Services
  • Postal & Switchboard Services
  • Grounds
  • Stores & Logistics
  • Fresh Cook Patient Catering
  • Hospitality & Restaurants


You will deliver 100% Compliant H&S record associated with all Soft FM departments ensuring exemplary statutory, legislative and regulatory standards are achieved and work closely with the clinical teams to understand their requirements. 

About you
A pro-active leader who will drive the service forward, you will have good knowledge of running in-house Catering Services and have a successful track record of general facilities roles.
You will be able to provide evidence of developing businesses and empowering staff to deliver an outstanding service within budget throughout your career.
