Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join the HR Operations team supporting our Estates and Facilities Directorate and some Central Services, based at our main site in Northampton.  This role will be working to support the Charities overall goal of transforming patients’ lives.

Your role with us

Within the charity you will meet and work with some amazing people.  The role would suit someone with some HR administration experience looking to gain more experience and develop a career in HR.  The role may also suit someone who has a strong administration background and who can demonstrate experience of working with and handling confidential information. 

You will work closely with the Senior HR Advisor and HR Business Partner supporting activities such as employee engagement initiatives, welcoming new starters, processing leavers and employment changes, producing monthly KPI’s, administration and monitoring of absence management, maternity, paternity and probationary procedures, supporting change management programmes, taking notes at HR meetings and first line advice on processes and procedures for line managers and staff.

Your profile

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who is task focused has a positive outlook and a high level of attention to detail, providing excellent customer service to line managers and stakeholders is key to being successful in this role.  All applicants must be competent using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel, experience of using SAP would be an advantage.
