HR Services Assistant (Learning Administration)

Fixed Term Contract- Duration: 6-12 months


Salary: £16,231

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week


The Role

St Andrews HR Shared Services team are looking to recruit an administrator delivering learning and development support.  Being a Healthcare provider, St Andrews is passionate about our commitment to training to ensure high quality standards are achieved throughout the Charity and as such, there is a high level of L&D activity both mandatory and elective.  You will be part of a small group of administrators and ensure that Learning Records are maintained and activities relating to course management and induction are accurately and effectively supported.  A key part of this role is to work with our external stakeholders to ensure mandatory training is viewed as a priority deliverable.  The team use Success Factors LMS solution (A SAP product) to maintain employee learning but you will also administer various processes outside of this, therefore strong experience of word, excel and managing workloads on a shared drive is desirable.  

This is an excellent role to build some great experience with the potential to move into other roles within HR Shared Services or the wider Charity, should the opportunity arise.

Your experience

You will already have some experience in a similar administrative environment with a high degree of accuracy and customer service and strong IT skills in areas of MS office – Word and Excel.   Previous experience of using SAP, Success Factors or a similar HR system will be very beneficial, but not essential.

Able to multitask and prioritise your workload effectively, you need to be a good communicator and team player with the confidence to work with people at all levels.
