From £24,347.00- 32,656.00 + Shift Enhancements + £1641.00 St Andrew’s Clinical Allowance

 

We are seeking individuals that are able to work in fast paced environments with dynamic, multidisciplinary teams that encourage innovation and who will strive to support the delivery of quality care. The newly reconfigured learning disability and  autistic spectrum disorder service is recognised for being at the forefront of innovative service developments, excellence in service delivery and its ability to manage and reduce aggressive behaviour, and an overall success in reducing levels of risk and moving service users through the pathway to lower levels of security. We have achieved this through implementation of specialist adapted therapies: Dialectical Behaviour Therapy is used directly with service users and also embedded within ward culture and practices; individual Positive Behavioural Support plans; behaviour management plans for somatoform disorders and health anxiety.

 

Our expert clinical team provides opportunities for teaching, mentoring and coaching. You will be an integral part of the MDT and work with dedicated professionals, committed to working with our service users to achieve the best possible outcome.  There will also be extensive opportunities for continuing professional development and training, and outstanding career progression within a leading Charity.
