Salary: £21,780 - £23,196 depending on experience

Your role with us
You will be responsible for administrative support to the activities of our Responsible Clinicians. The duties will include diary management, supporting meetings, compiling information, typing and producing a range of documents and reports. Your role will also include providing an efficient and effective Care Programme Approach (CPA) administration service.
As an enthusiastic and positive individual, your professionalism and excellent communication skills will inspire others to provide an efficient service. You will be creating a positive culture, which will ultimately help to ensure our Responsible Clinicians are provided with an effective service.
You will be a confident communicator and a proactive member of our administration team, willing to provide cross cover to other team members when needed. You will have significant administration experience and be proficient in the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Strong all round administration and organisational skills are essential. You will have a proven ability to produce high quality, professional documents, with intermediate / advanced keyboard skills. You will have previous experience in, and be confident with taking and transcribing minutes of meetings, able to work collaboratively or on your own initiative with a strong customer focus.
