Programme Manager, Continuous Improvement & Transformation
(Occasional visits to other St Andrew’s sites may be required)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
12 month fixed term contract
Are you a dynamic, ambitious and creative individual? Do you have the ability to lead demonstrable, impactful action on the ground through building strong relationships and providing practical support to help transformation happen? If so, we are looking for experienced Programme Managers to join our Continuous Improvement and Transformation team, where you will lead the delivery of transformational change to assist the Charity in the delivery of its strategic aims and objectives.

Leading and managing Strategic Programmes of delivery from initial set-up through to the delivery of capabilities and realisation of benefits, the Programme Manager will have responsibility for:
You will be an experienced Programme Manager with significant experience in delivering transformational change. Ideally from an NHS or Healthcare sector background, you’ll hold formal Programme Management qualifications, and have a strong track record in the management of Programmes that deliver large scale change within complex organisations, delivering benefits linked to strategic objectives.
You will have the moral courage and integrity to challenge the status quo and improve care quality. You will have a strong history of innovation, and the communication and influencing skills to engage with senior internal stakeholders.
