Project Coordinator – CQC Well Led

Fixed term (6-9 months initially with opportunity to extend)

Location - Northampton

Salary Package: 22,500 – 28,500 pro rata

Full Time Hours Monday – Friday Business Hours - some flexibility is needed

This role will manage all administrative aspects of a high profile project within the Charity (CQC Well Led Project) that will culminate in a CQC Well Led Inspection. The activity includes liaising with internal & external stakeholders/colleagues at all levels; coordinating all inspection requirements (mock and actual); ensure the project is supported effectively; and contribute to the smooth running of the actual CQC Well Led inspection. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for the coordination and collation of the CQC Well Led Provider Information Request (PIR).

Core Activities/ Responsibilities

  • Organise and lead preparation activities in readiness for the Well Led CQC inspection including;
  • Extensive liaison with stakeholders at all levels including CEC and Board level, and externally.
  • Key point of contact for external project SMEs (Subject Matter Experts); and managing their information, and meeting, requests.
  • Responsibility for coordinating and collating responses to the Well Led CQC Provider Information Request (PIR), in preparation for the Well Led Inspection; ensuring all evidence is available, of high quality and submitted in a timely manner in accordance with the CQC Provider Information Return.
  • Planning and implementing all aspects of scheduling a Mock inspection, and the actual CQC Well Led Inspection
  • Key point of contact for the CQC Inspectors in the run up to, during, and after the inspection.
  • Organising Project related meetings and events, including venue, distribution of papers, and documenting and following up on actions from meetings.
  • Manage project procurement activity
