The role

Leading our growing team of Project Managers, you’ll be driving forward a best in class project management capability focused on adding business value, alongside delivery of strategic aligned projects. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting the needs of our customers by building responsive and positive relationships
  • Provide management, leadership and development of the project management community
  • Delivery of strategic aligned projects
  • Working with our IPUs to maximise service quality and effectiveness through continuous improvement
  • Contributing to the delivery of the Charity’s strategic aims and objectives

About you

You will be an experienced and inspiring leader with significant experience of working within a project delivery leadership role.  Ideally from an NHS or Healthcare sector background, you’ll hold formal project management qualifications, and have a strong track record in the management of projects that deliver large scale change within complex organisations, delivering to time, cost and quality. 

 

You will have the moral courage and integrity to challenge the status quo and improve care quality.  You will have a strong history of innovation, and the communication and influencing skills to engage with senior internal stakeholders.
