Senior Project Manager - Capital Projects
Location: Northampton & travel to other sites
Career Level C (NHS 8a)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours

About the role .
As part of the Project Delivery team, you will be leading minor and major capital projects ranging from £20k to £9 million, in accordance with the policies, procedures and practises of St Andrew’s Healthcare, taking note and cognisance of relevant national standards, COP’s, British Standards, industry best practice and NHS Estates HTM’s, HBN’s.
You will ensure that the needs and expectations of all stakeholders are met and the projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality standards. Alongside this will be the development of Business Cases, working in conjunction with project teams including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Clinical Delivery in addition to Estates & Facilities colleagues.
You will be able to demonstrate that improvement in quality and effectiveness of services are consistent with the strategic and business aims of the Charity which seeks to modernise Mental Health services.
A pro-active individual with excellent communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate effective customer and stakeholder management.
