Our specialist Women’s pathway is a fine example of our pioneering work, providing a safe place for rehabilitation and recovery for women with complex needs. From trauma and abuse to domestic violence, our range of services is uniquely diverse and we have specialists in every area who understand the very specific and wide ranging needs of women with Personality Disorder and how to help them.

With the launch of our DBT hub we can now offer you the chance to work in this stimulating and challenging environment, with a particular emphasis on supporting the Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programme. We have a long and proud history at the forefront of DBT and it’s highly valued within the Charity. As well as an excellent DBT organisational-wide support network, you’ll be trained by and work alongside recognised experts, following our structured 5 function therapy programme to help patients manage and control emotions more effectively and achieve behavioural control.

We have an exciting opportunity for a DBT Assistant to join the Naseby team.  You will assist in maintaining high standards of patient care and facilitate the full range of rehabilitation activities. You will undertake relevant DBT training as identified within the clinical area and will work towards co-facilitating homework groups, leading mindfulness daily practice, skills coaching and supporting the DBT Skills facilitators in delivering groups.

*St Andrew’s Healthcare has reviewed its approach to COVID vaccination and our procedure remains that for the safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff, all new starters joining the Charity will be required to provide evidence to our Occupational Health team that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.  Where there is a medical exemption this will need to be provided as part of the Occupational Health check.  New starters to the Charity will not be able to commence work without evidence being provided.
