In this exciting new role you will have responsibility for the attainment of clinical excellence across the Low Secure and Specialist Rehab Division. Reporting to the Clinical Director and working in close partnership with them and the Head of Operations, you will form, drive and deliver the divisional strategy. You will be responsible for inspiring, motivating and empowering nurses to deliver high standards of care in safe environments, whilst improving our patient and carer experience.
Our division is specially designed for adults over the age of 18 with Mental Health, Personality Disorders and challenging behaviour. These include patients who might be a danger to themselves or others, or have committed serious offences. The division provides treatment in both secure and specialist non-secure rehabilitation facilities. Our facilities, activities, therapies and services are designed with our patients, recovery and community reintegration in mind.
We believe every individual has strengths; our treatment programs build on these to help our service users recover. We want all patients in our division to have the right care, treatment and support to be able to eventually return to the community.

You will need to show success in delivering significant improvements in nursing standards. You will be accustomed to leading through periods of change and transformation while continuing to deliver required the highest clinical performance levels. You will also need to be an excellent communicator, capable of influencing and negotiating across all levels of the Charity.
