Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Salary – up to £21,000 (depending on experience), per annum
Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Join a leading charity
Here’s your chance to join the Learning and Development team at St Andrew’s Healthcare. We’re the UK’s leading mental health charity and the largest non-profit organisation to run services on behalf of the NHS.
Employing a multi-disciplinary team of over 4,300 people, we deliver world-class, innovative, holistic care across four locations, including our main site here in Northampton. You’ll find us a welcoming, friendly place to work, where everyone is encouraged to reach their potential. You will also be supporting out amazing work to transform the lives of some of society’s most vulnerable people.
Enjoy a fast-paced role
You’ll be part of a small group of Learning and Development administrators, a busy and fast-paced admin department that provides admin support across the Learning and Development Team – so there will always be plenty to keep you on your toes.
We want you to provide a consistently high quality Learning and Development Support Service. You will focus on co-ordinating learning events for designated internal and external customer groups, provide and manage course registers, and maintain other learning related records. The role will also coordinate the delivery of both mandatory and specialist training plans across all of our wards and enabling functions; this will involve accurate and timely data input and processing, analysing training data and working with our stakeholders to achieve the required levels of attendance.
This is an excellent role to build some great experience with the potential to move into other roles within the L&D Team or the wider Charity, should the opportunity arise.
Build on your experience
You will already have some experience in a similar, high-volume role, ideally in a L&D environment – you will be used to delivering great customer service while meeting tight deadlines with strong communication skills.
Previous experience of using SAP, Success Factors or a similar LMS system will be very beneficial, but not essential. Strong experience of word and excel is desirable, and you must be able to multitask and prioritise your workload effectively, be a good communicator and team player with the confidence to work with people at all levels.
Our patients and your colleagues will expect you to live the St Andrew’s CARE values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence every single day.
