Salary: 21,562.00 - £23,919 (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 per week (to include 2 evening shifts)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator who can deliver a full range of administrative and secretarial skills to facilitate the day to day support of the reception and Outpatient clinics held in the Community Partnerships service at 80 Billing Road.
You will be customer focused, professional, able to build productive relationships and have a proven track record of delivering a quality administration service. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Outpatient clinics and associated clinicians, as well as cross cover for administrative team members as and when required. This is a varied and demanding role in a busy environment, with changing timescales to which you must react. You will be expected to be flexible, work both as part of a team and independently, and possess a high degree of organisational skills. Due to the sensitive and sometimes distressing nature of the work, confidentiality and effective communication are paramount to this role.
Accurate keyboard skills are essential as is the ability to use Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
In order to facilitate the Outpatient clinics, the role involves working varied hours, as below:
Monday: 08:30hrs to 16:30hrs or 09:00 to 17:00hrs
Tuesday: 08:30hrs to 16:30hrs or 09:00 to 17:00hrs
Wednesday: 12:00hrs to 20:00hrs
Thursday: 12:00hrs to 20:00hrs
Friday: 08:30hrs to 16:30hrs
