Learning and Development Department

Location: Northampton

Salary Package: £30,900-£38,110 (dependent on experience)

Full Time Hours  FTC or 18month secondment

The Role & Person

Exciting opportunity has become available to support Practice Education across a number of different areas of learning and development.

We are looking for three experienced Nurses or Registered clinical professionals who have a proven track record of supporting learning in practice and who are committed in delivering an excellent learning experience for our clinical staff and students.

The individuals need to be knowledgeable in contemporary professional requirements and practice learning. They need to be flexible in their way of working so that we can support learning in practice and have good contemporary knowledge of clinical practice as well as excellent relational skills.

Although working within a small team, the ability to organise their own work and problem solve will be essential.
