In this role you will be the most Senior Healthcare Assistant on the ward, supporting qualified nurses and MDT to deliver exceptional care to our patients. You will take a lead in mentoring junior Healthcare Assistants and the organisation and co-ordination of the day. Knowledge and experience of working with this patient group would be an advantage as you will be a role model to your team, demonstrating a flexible, individual and person centred approach. Safety and therapeutic engagement is the key components of our care delivery focus and should be a key demonstrable ability required for this role.
