Salary: £28,000 to £30,000, depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We work in partnership with a number of NHS, voluntary, educational and research organisations to deliver a range of specialist inpatient and community mental healthcare services, education and research that helps to improve the lives of people with complex mental health needs.
A bit more about the role
This role forms part of the HR & Payroll Services team, providing transactional advice and support to both Charity employees and managers. You will assist with the end to end processing of the in-house payroll and act as the first point of contact for all payroll related queries from stakeholders and the escalation point for payroll team.
You will ensure that the appropriate checks and reconciliations take place to support effective payroll controls in line with team performance standards. You will be expected to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and will have the opportunity to support the Payroll Supervisor in the development of new processes and procedures.
