We have a number of exciting opportunities for both experienced and recently qualified Mental Health, Learning Disability Nurses to join our team. You will play a vital role as a valued member of our well established multi- disciplinary team, be responsible and accountable for the delivery of high quality, patient-focused care within our division.
Your role with us
As a Staff Nurse working in a PICU, you will be supporting staff teams in delivering and focusing on our Patients and their rehabilitation, daily activities and care. The role can be quite active and we would therefore require you to be able to cope with the demands of this post.
The role will involve flexible working hours, these could be early and late shifts as well as long days and will involve rotation onto nights.
You will have experience of working with our patients in a mental health service. Being a strong team player, you will be able to build and maintain effective relationships across clinical teams.
You will also be highly resilient, able to work under pressure and have good problem solving skills. You will have or be working towards an active NMC registration.
