New short film launched
A new film has been created to show people the incredible work that happens at Workbridge.
Based in Northampton, Workbridge supports people with mental illness, learning disabilities, autism and brain injuries to reach their full potential by providing a broad range of vocational opportunities. Each week over 250 service users access Workbridge, and attendees have the opportunity to build their confidence and make new friends in a supportive environment.
All of the activities on offer at Workbridge aim to develop work and life skills, and include catering, ceramics, contracting (in a busy workshop environment), horticulture, design and print, office skills and woodwork.
The new film has been developed to highlight what Workbridge means to the people who understand it the best – the service users and staff who access the centre on a daily basis.
For more information, visit the new www.workbridge.org.uk website, telephone: 01604 872 770 or email: [email protected]. The Workbridge garden centre and coffee shop – located on Bedford Road - are open all year round.
