Outpatient services 

Outpatient services at St Andrew’s provide a wide range of specialist community-based assessment, therapy and support for people with mental health needs, as well as expert insight and reports.

Through in-person or online support, or in partnership with NHS programmes and specialist charities, we offer direct access to experienced clinicians and specialist teams across a range of mental health services, supporting individuals, families, professionals, legal teams and organisations.

Whether you are looking for psychological therapy, a specialist psychiatric assessment or support for people with specific mental health needs, our services provide expert care tailored to the individual.

Private therapy

Our team of expert practitioners, including Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Psychotherapists, deliver a range of confidential therapies and evidence-based approaches to support people who are experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

Medico-legal assessment

Our Medico-Legal experts provide independent, specialist assessments and reports for solicitors, barristers, courts and other organisations.

Our multidisciplinary expertise covers a broad range of mental health and neurodevelopmental needs, including highly complex cases, helping legal professionals access clear, evidence-based opinions.

Military veterans’ mental health

We provide specialist mental health support for military veterans, including assessment and psychological therapies for people experiencing difficulties following their period of service.

Our experienced clinicians understand the challenges veterans may face and provide individualised support focused on recovery and improving quality of life.

Autism and ADHD assessments

Our specialist clinicians provide assessment for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in adults and young people.

Assessments are carried out by experienced professionals using a comprehensive, person-centred approach to help individuals better understand their needs and access appropriate support. We deliver in partnership with NHS organisations, or privately.

Criminal justice system in-reach

Our specialist teams provide mental health support across criminal justice settings, working with people in prisons and other secure environments, as well as liaison and diversion services in courts.

We work alongside healthcare and criminal justice professionals to provide specialist assessment, advice and interventions, helping people access appropriate mental health support and plan for their ongoing care.
