St Andrew’s Healthcare is a registered charity (no. 1104951) and company limited by guarantee (no. 5176998), based in Northampton, England. We've been supporting people since 1838, when we were founded through public subscription and the vision of local families.

We’re governed by a Court of Governors and a Board of Directors, who also serve as our charity Trustees. Our Articles of Association are available on request.

NHS licensing

As a provider of NHS services, we’re licensed by NHS Improvement. Our governance and continuity certifications are reviewed annually and confirmed by our Chief Financial Officer.

Financial transparency

We submit annual accounts to the Charity Commission and Companies Registry. While we’re not subject to the Freedom of Information Act, we aim to respond to reasonable requests for information.
