St Andrew’s Birmingham is a 125 bedded adult mental healthcare facility comprises of eight units that cover medium and low security for both Men and Women. Located in Stirchley, a vibrant area in South Birmingham, easily accessible by road networks and public transport
At St Andrew’s, we are committed to patient safety, workforce development and ensuring all registered clinicians remain current in medical emergency management training, including Immediate Life Support (ILS). To support this, we are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic and skilled professional to join our Practice Development Team as a Life Support and Essential Skills Facilitator.
About the Role
As a member of the Learning & Development team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our registered staff are confident, competent and up to date with mandatory training requirements. This position directly supports our charity’s commitment to delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality care.
