The Role and Person

Based at 80 Billing Road on our Northampton site, you will provide business administrative support to the Business & Administration Manager and General Manager in administering the division’s business and operational performance and you will also provide support within the Private Therapy Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that invoicing for all divisional services is completed, with supporting information and carried out in a timely manner
  • Process staff overtime and ensure that staff payment forms are raised monthly
  • Complete month end finance documentation, liaising with the division’s Finance Business Partner as required
  • Provide administrative support to the division’s Private Therapy Clinic
  • To lead on sourcing IT equipment and arranging accesses for new starters
  • Administer People Safe lone working application software access
  • Administer EMA Supervision Software (Booking Lab)

This is a varied role in a busy environment, with changing timescales to which you must react. You will be expected to be flexible, work both as part of a team and independently, and possess a high degree of organisational skills.
