Details for visiting St Andrew's Healthcare

To help us maintain a safe and secure environment for our staff and the people in our care, it’s vital that we can verify the identity of all persons who visit our sites.

Upon entering the reception area of the location you are visiting, please check in at the front desk, where your identity will be verified.

We accept the following as photographic identification:

  • UK driving license
  • Passport
  • Police warrant card
  • Armed Forces ID card
  • PASS marked ID card

If you do not bring photographic identification along with you, two of the following must be produced with at least one document showing your current address.

Proof of address:

  • Mortgage statement (last 12 months)
  • Credit card statement (last three months)
  • Pension/endowment statement (last three months)
  • P45/P60 (last 12 months)
  • Council tax statement (last 12 months)
  • Utility bill (last three months)
  • Benefits statement (last three months)

Secondary ID:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Marriage/Civil Partnership certificate
  • Adoption Certificate
  • Valid Work Permit/Visa

The responsible clinician for the site must authorise access where photographic identification cannot be produced.

Cashless payment system

Please note that as of 18 June 2018, the charity is operating a cashless payment system across all cafés and restaurants on site.

We can only accept credit and debit cards as payment for snacks, refreshments and goods.
