We are looking to a future with less stigma, more community support, more research and education, and we aim to be at the forefront of inspiring real change. We want to ensure we can all live in a society where everyone with complex mental health needs is heard, valued and has hope for their future.
Come and join us and support us to help people transform their lives.
The role

Your role will focus on developing our strategic approach to FTSU and identifying barriers to staff raising concerns through line management and other routes available.
You will lead a team of Guardians across the Charity with direct connection across our inpatient and non-hospital services.
You will collaborate with colleagues across the Charity, including the wider Executive Team with a direct line to the Chief Executive and FTSU Lead Non-Executive Director.
About you

You will bring a proven ability to lead or influence individuals and teams outside of your direct line management.
You will have an excellent understanding of Freedom to Speak Up within the health and social care sector.
You will have both the breadth and depth of skills to fulfil the role described above and strong leadership skills to inspire and lead with a focus on excellence and accountability.
You will also be a role model for the St Andrew’s CARE values and the pillars of our Leadership Commitment including compassionate, person-centred care.
Whilst this is a full-time role, we welcome applications from people keen to explore part-time and/or job-share opportunities.
