We know that physical health and wellbeing play a crucial part in mental health recovery. This is why our team of allied health professionals have created an exciting range of resources called NEW You (Nutrition, Exercise, Wellbeing and You), which aims to support people to lead a healthier lifestyle.
NEW You is open to everyone - our staff, patients, carers, family and friends.
NEW You includes numerous resources :
1. A workbook on nutrition and physical activity topics;
2. A recipe book based on simple and affordable foods;
3. Factsheets on a wide variety of health topics: from vitamins and bodyweight fitness circuits to the effect different medicines can have on your weight.
