All Workchoice staff need to complete mandatory training via the Maintaining Best Practice Workbooks. These workbooks provide you with up-to-date information to support your work and provide a safe environment for everyone.

Your local Learning and Development Administrator will let you know by email when your mandatory training is due. You'll be guided on which workbook to complete and how to get your training record updated by returning the correct workbook receipt.
