Residents receive comprehensive support with all aspects of daily living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a positive, engaging, and service-user-focused culture across all services.

  • Manage referrals, admissions, and discharge plans to ensure smooth transitions for service users.
  • Oversee resource and workforce planning, maintaining safe staffing levels and ensuring compliance with CQC staffing standards.
  • Manage resources within budget, meeting financial targets and key performance indicators.

About You:
We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record in managing services regulated by CQC and driving high-quality governance standards. You will be passionate about delivering excellent person-centred care and committed to achieving a CQC rating of ‘Good’ or above. You will have significant experience in inspiring, empowering, and developing both clinical and non-clinical teams. Ideally, you will have experience working within Learning Disability services and the drive to further develop our services in this area. You will thrive in a role that challenges you to lead change, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver outstanding care.
